Expanding the World’s Largest Women’s Fitness Platform

Adam Koch is Chief Executive Officer of Sweat, the global leader in women’s digital fitness. With a 25-year executive career spanning retail, finance, tourism, and technology, Koch joined Sweat in 2017 as COO before assuming the CEO role in 2022. He guided the company through acquisition by iFIT and later its return to Australian ownership, positioning Sweat as a high-growth platform available in over 145 countries and eight languages, with more than 50 million women connected to its trainers, content, and technology.


Working in close partnership with co-founder Kayla Itsines, Koch has broadened Sweat’s ecosystem beyond its pioneering 28-minute workouts to include 60+ programs and 13,000+ sessions, ranging from strength and HIIT to yoga, barre, and post-pregnancy training. His leadership emphasizes scale, accessibility, and purpose, ensuring Sweat remains the world’s largest women’s fitness community. Adam Koch secures his place among The Global Fitness 100™ 2025.
