Partner directly with gym owners onsite to deploy operational systems, lead team training, and oversee transformation execution. Ideal for experienced club operators or consultants with a bias for action.
Location: Nationwide

Growth Analyst –
Fitness Strategy Division
Work directly with senior strategists to analyze club performance data, model growth scenarios, and contribute to GTM strategies. Strong Excel, forecasting, and fitness economics knowledge preferred.

(CEO Support)

High-Ticket Fitness Consulting
Lead strategic discovery calls and close transformation program deals. Must have strong sales psychology, high EQ, and experience in B2B consulting or the fitness industry.
