This is a selective credential reserved for high-performing professionals with a demonstrated capacity for leadership and execution. Certification is earned through a formal, multi-phase process:

  • 1. Application & Vetting

    Applicants submit a professional resume and a letter of intent outlining their operational experience. Selection is merit-based and strictly vetted.

  • 2. Enrollment & Curriculum Access

    Upon acceptance, candidates receive access to the complete GRCO learning system, proprietary Gym Revival documentation, and strategic coaching calls with senior partners.

  • 3. Modular Assessments

    Each curriculum module concludes with a formal examination to validate comprehension and system fluency.

  • 4. Capstone Project

    Candidates submit a comprehensive strategic plan for a hypothetical or real-world fitness asset, applying the methodologies learned.


     The projects are formally evaluated by Gym Revival Group’s senior partners.  


  • 5. Proctored Final Exam

    A live, proctored exam confirms mastery across all transformation domains and execution frameworks.

  • 6. Credentialing

     Successful candidates receive the GRCO digital badge (via Credly) and are included in Gym Revival’s national Certified Operator Directory.  (launching Fall 2025)
